  • Staying with your feelings

  • Collaboration, help, solid work boundaries

  • Discernment + self-respect

  • Honesty

Intuitive Impression

An amorphous splotch of color is making its way to your location on the weather map. You look to the sky to see the clouds parting, then back to the screen: the shape has bent around you and slides past. Outside, the sky is bright.

In

  • Scheduled crying bouts

  • Movement as a way to process emotions

  • Delegating as many tasks as possible, early and often

  • Using fewer words with more conviction

  • Letting your emotions flow through you

  • Swift-moving healing

Out

  • Adding “just a little bit more”

  • Filling gaps with socializing that tires you

  • Retelling old stories, speaking when you’re not sure what to say

  • Using organization, productivity, or systems to gloss over uncomfortable feelings

TAROT SPREAD

Removing Unnecessary Wands

A practical little spread for a month full of big feelings. The work we do to limit our unnecessary output will help us stay present for all the witnessing, embodying, and processing that’s required. Use this spread to subtract - ideally at the beginning of the month - things from your list that don’t belong there or can wait for later. You can also use this spread for discreet projects or moments and, as always, feel free to tailor to your specific needs!

From Left to Right:

Card 1: The strength you’re bringing to the present moment. A place to ground yourself and gain confidence.

Card 2: A worry or concern you can let go of for now.

Card 3: A project that doesn’t need your immediate attention.

Card 4: A task or favor for someone else to say no to.

Card 5: A practical chore that can wait for later.

GUIDING QUESTIONS

Prompts for journaling and reflection

  • What did last month show you was transforming in your life via the Death card? What is dying in order to make that change possible? How can you honor this transition, its necessary loss, and the tenderness of what’s new?

  • How have you become stuck in grief? What emotions make you feel nervous, out of control, or uneasy? How can you look at them differently and invite their wisdom to emerge? What can you do to move through these emotions instead of collapsing under their weight?

  • What has your current transformation taught you about your personal truths, sense of justice, and relationship to honesty? How can you commit to embodying this in June?
